In our activity we can differentiate between two large groups: the part corresponding to processes and the part corresponding to tests supporting them, although given the investment in equipment and the knowledge acquired about the tests, today it can be defined as an area with its own entity within the company.

Chemical Treatments

Aluminum and its alloys

  • CHROMIC ANODIZING 20 V, 40 V and for subsequent gluing applications double-stage anodizing 40-50 V.
  • HARD ANODIZING of alloys 2000, 6000 and 7000.
  • SULFURIC ANODIZING; natural or dyed in different colors at the customer’s request.
  • SULFURIC ANODIZING dyed black according to the European Space Agency specification (ECSS-Q-70-03A).
  • SULFURIC ANODIZING dyed in Ral 6014 (NATO Green)
  • SULFURIC-TARTARIC ANODIZING in commissioning phase for its certification.
  • CHROMATIC ON LIGHT ALLOYS: (Chemical conversion films) Iridescent yellow (Alodine 1200s) or colourless (Alodine 600 or Alodine 1500) as well as high or low electrical resistance depending on the subsequent application of the piece.
  • NEW: Chromium-free chemical conversion film.
  • SULPHOCROMIC PICKING (Hot acid pickling) for subsequent applications of anticorrosive primers for bonding.
